Sintered bronze filters

Spherical bronze filters are filter elements that offer good resistance to seawater. They can be used in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Suitable for use in the presence of oxygen, cold and hot water, and with diluted acids in the absence of air. To be avoided in the presence of oxidizing acids, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and sulfur. Their limited corrosion resistance can be improved by nickel plating. Maximum operating temperature in an oxidizing atmosphere: 250 °C. Maximum operating temperature in a reducing atmosphere: 300 °C.

Sintered stainless steel filters

Sintered stainless steel filters are the ideal choice for applications and processes where high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and resistance to high temperatures (up to 450°C) are required. Through the use of stainless steel, filters can be manufactured with a maximum outer diameter of 200 mm and a maximum length of 1,000 mm, with filtration grades ranging from 5 to 200 microns. There are numerous fields of application: chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, medical, aeronautical, food, and nuclear.

Mesh filters

Wire mesh and wire cloth filters can be manufactured in many shapes and a wide range of materials: AISI 304/316L Stainless SteelBronzeBrassIron, and Galvanized Iron. Produced by pressing, punching, calendering, and blanking, they can meet any customer specification. Used in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries, they feature a wire diameter ranging from 0.04 to 2 mm and a filtration grade from 10 to 150 microns for mesh filters, and from 15 to 2,000 microns for cloth filters. Therefore, they deliver better filtering performance compared to traditional filters and have a longer service life before needing replacement.
